In this episode, Dr. Mike discusses how to live to be 100 as he reviews a recent article about the increase in the number of centenarians in the United States. As a population, we are seeing some amazing increases in how many people actually live to be 100 or older.

If you are going to be one of these people and you want to be able to maintain a high quality of life getting there, it is imperative that you start the process of caring for yourself as soon as possible. I have adopted a saying that is unfortunate for a lot of people. Most of us beat ourselves up so badly during the first 50 years of our lives that we can not make it through the next 50 years.

Learn to make small changes everyday that can help you create a life of health and happiness.
