How to Treat Back Pain Naturally
In this episode, Dr. Mike shares ideas about how to treat back pain naturally. Back pain is the second leading cause of physician office visits second only to upper respiratory infections. More than 80% of the US population will experience back pain at some point in their lives and many of these people will develop chronic back issues.
Learning to deal with back pain in natural ways is way more beneficial than depending on prescription medication to manage the pain. Prescription medications NEVER alleviate the cause of back pain, they only mask the symptoms.
One strategy for alleviating the causes of back pain is the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or tapping therapy. In the video below, Julie Shiffman demonstrates how the technique is performed and how it might benefit you starting right now.
