Ideas to Increase Happiness in Your Life
In today’s episode, Dr. Mike share a number of ideas to increase happiness in your life. In the previous episode we discussed how happiness and laughter boost your immune system. Now it is time to explore some new ideas about how to implement happiness into your life each and every day.
To be happy or not is a choice that each of us makes every day. These ideas will hopefully give some insight into how you can choose happiness each and every day of your life despite your situation. Your happiness in life can have a significant impact on your overall health. Anything that you do to increase happiness, increase laughter or add smiles in your life may improve your health. Start today and make a commitment to ad more smile time and laughter to your life. I hope these ideas will help you achieve that goal.
